Improver Program

  • If younger than 7 years old, need to be able to skate forwards without any assistance at all

  • If older than 7 years old, no skating experience required

  • More focus on developing speed skating technique, practicing through drills and races

  • 20 mins off ice training + 45 mins on-ice short track speed skating lesson
