IMPROVER - ADVANCED LEVEL​

Suitable Age: 6+

Experience Level: Should have basic speed skating experience

About the Course:​​

  • Enhancing speed skating technique, skating in laps in speed skating position and improving on speed

  • The FULL ice will be reserved for this class

 

Class Day: Every Tuesday (Refer to Term dates)

Class Time: 6:15pm-8:00pm

Rundown

6:15pm-7:00pm Dryland training next to ice rink

7:00pm-7:15pm Walk to ice rink, put on gear

7:15pm-8:00pm On ice training​​​​​​​​​​

​Term Fee: $400/class

Sign up for all term dates (Prorata if new joiner in middle of term)

Equipment not included

TRIAL/SINGLE CLASS

​

Short track speed skates, cut-resistant gloves and helmet can be included for Trial Class with at least 3 days advance notice

Trial/Single Class Fee: $450

Note:​

  • Payments should normally be made for the full term. Except in the case of new joiners joining in the middle of the term, the term fee will be prorated. Please email learn@hkskatingschool.com or Whatsapp 9210-5810 if any question.

  • Students should bring their own speed skating equipment for the class. Minimum equipment required:

    • Short track speed skates

    • Helmet

    • Cut-resistant neck guard

    • Cut-resistant gloves

    • Cut-resistant short track speed skating skin suit (Recommended)

  • New students may borrow equipment for their first class with at least 3 days advance notice (ie. On or before Saturday). Afterwards they need to purchase their own equipment.

  • The equipment order form can be viewed in the registration link and will also be sent to you after registration. You can purchase equipment from other vendors or overseas websites that meets the requirement on your own but skates bought from outside need to be sharpened and ready for use. Hong Kong Skating School may not be able to provide skates sharpening service for poor quality blades.
