8:00am - 3:30pm (Includes 2 hours on ice, 2-3 hours dryland training and lunch)

Participants should be able to comfortably skate in laps

Participants need to bring their own short track speed skates and protection gear (minimum helmet, cut-resistant neck guard, cut-resistant gloves. Short track speed skating suit highly recommended)
